General Purpose/Objectives:岗位职责/目标综述

Responsible for new product/material introduction, new machine type and new process technology

Major Tasks and Activities:主要工作职责

Material localization GCM owner, responsible for Material technical evaluation, DOE, and qualification

Transfer material introduction from Germany

Responsible for Material related yield improvement（Safe Launch）

Responsible for new product transfer project management. Including manufacturability assessment (Feasibility study), qualification, and launch.

Responsible for new process/technical introduction/verification

Responsible for new product develop support, and product qualification, including material qualification, Tool /carriers develop, parameter window definition, and so on

New machine process capability study and qualification

BOM creation and maintenance

APQP process maintenance and milestone management

Training / qualification/学历资格:

Bachelor/master’s degree in mechanical, Material or Electrical Engineering or other related areas

Job experience/工作经验:

At least 5 years process or PI engineering, Familiar with packaging materials and processes in IGBT modules or devices assembly is prefer

Experience of handling complex improvement projects

Extent of technical knowledge in own area/领域内技术知识范围:

Familiar with major raw material process characteristics (eg,DCB,Solder paste, and so on)

Familiar with DOE methodology, and related Statistical knowledge

Familiar with the new product introduction process

Problem solving with 6 sigma and 8D methodology

Familiar with IGBT product features

Familiar with ultrasonic welding/bonding and soldering process

Extent of technical knowledge in other area/领域外技术知识范围:

Strong knowledge of  SPC, Change Management ,APQP

Fluent communication both in Chinese and English
